Ang Counter ay presyo sa listahan — mas mataas sa offer nila, hindi lalampas sa listed selling price. Ang Not, sarado lang ang presyong iyon. Iisang limit ang buyer offers at ang Counter mo: 3 proposals. Isang bukas na proposal lang sa isang pagkakataon. Kapag ika-3 na, Agree o Not na lang, dahil ang Counter ay lalampas sa 3. Kapag 3 na ang nabilang at walang Agree, sarado ang deal na iyon. Kapag hindi sinagot sa loob ng 24 business hours (Lunes–Biyernes, Manila), hindi iyon kasama sa 3, at puwedeng i-offer ulit ang presyo. Ang offer na mas mababa sa floor ay hindi umaabot sa iyo: walang inbox, walang email, pero kasama pa rin sa 3. Nakikita mo ang bilang ng interes at ang presyo lang. Hindi mo nakikita ang pangalan o number ng buyer. After the seller Agrees, that buyer has 48 hours to pay the down payment at the office. The unit is held for them. Deed of Sale at the down payment. Vehicle sellers do not pay a Deed of Sale fee. You are paid the same day as full payment: the agreed price minus the class fee, subtracted once, before docs.
