Browse is free. Asking to view and booking are free. Viewing is free. Buyer is ID-verified and brings a valid government ID to the Tandoc office. Viewing is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–12:00 NN at Tandoc / beside Helium Fuels, in 30-minute booked slots. Closed Sunday and holidays. You may view more than one unit (free). Listings show selling price, make, model, and year. The owner’s contact number is not accessible.
To ask for a view, book, or proceed you must be ID-verified (government ID — typically driver’s license or passport). View requests are limited. You (the buyer) attend; a mechanic may come with you. ODO hosts. The seller need not attend.
If you miss a booked slot, that is a warning — you miss the slot. You may rebook another 30-minute slot.
Optional hosted test drive: ₱500, paid in person at the office, with a valid ID, ODO-hosted. You may bring a mechanic. The office logs a handoff form — buyer ID, mechanic ID if present, ₱500 received, unit out and back. That ₱500 is deducted from down payment if you proceed on that unit. If you do not proceed, it is non-refundable. Viewing is free, separate from the test-drive ₱500.
After your physical viewing at Tandoc, you tap a listed selling price from a dropdown — no typing, no messages, no contact numbers. The list starts at the listed selling price. The seller may Agree, Not, or Counter. A Not closes only that peso. Your next offer may be higher or lower if it has not been used. It cannot go above the listed selling price. A counter is a listed price between your offer and the listed price. You answer a counter with Agree or Not only. Buyer offers and seller counters share one limit of 3 proposals. A pending proposal expires after 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, Manila time; Saturday and Sunday do not count). ODO reminds the side who must answer before it expires. An expired proposal does not count as one of the 3, and that peso can be offered again. If 3 counted proposals close with no Agree, you are blocked from offering on that unit and that deal is blocked. If both sides agree, your next offer is down payment at the Tandoc office at that price. You may tap below the listed selling price. If your tap is below the seller’s floor, you are warned before it is recorded. If you continue, it is not accepted, it counts as one of your 3 offers, and the seller is not told. The floor amount is not shown. After the seller Agrees, that buyer has 48 hours to pay the down payment at the office. The unit is held for them. Buyer and seller stay anonymous to each other. Names, usernames, handles, phone numbers, photos of chat, and “message this person” are never passed. Seller sees interest count and peso amounts only. Buyer sees the public unit and peso amounts only. ODO is the only party who sees both. The same process is carried in the app and at the Tandoc site. Viewing first. 3 amount-only proposals. Seller may Agree, Not, or Counter from the listed prices. A Not closes only that peso. Three counted proposals with no Agree block that buyer and that deal. Both sides see only the negotiation value. When they Agree, that price is stamped on the ODO deal. Facilitation DP at the Tandoc desk. Telegram is a backup only if the app breaks, and only until the system goes back — not a second path when the app works, and not instead of the desk when they are at the site. ODO does not collect the user’s Telegram on intake. Users reach ODO first: call 0936 411 5239, come to Tandoc, or message official ODO Telegram 0917 107 4906. Staff then opens one thread with the buyer and one with the seller. Never a group. Never names, handles, phones, or free text. Floor stays private. A below-floor offer does not reach the seller. It counts toward the 3. Repeated low offers block that buyer and that deal. When the system goes back, use the app or the desk again. Stop Telegram. No owner number. No pay off-app. No sideline.
There is no installment or pay-later through ODO. You may bring a financier who pays directly at the Tandoc office under the same cash/deposit rules.
The unit must be at Tandoc for viewing. Viewing is free. HPG Motor Vehicle Clearance is handled after the closed Deed of Sale and protects your down payment: if the seller cannot produce it, your down payment is returned.
ODO provides the avenue to see the unit. That is access to inspect — not a promise that the unit, papers, or HPG result are free of all problems. Units are sold as-is. No warranty after you take the unit. You do not meet the seller privately, take the unit off-site without ODO, or collect the seller’s number through this door.
Due diligence is the buyer’s. Check the unit and the papers at the viewing. Authenticity of documents remains the seller’s duty; your inspection does not transfer that duty to ODO. Engage your own mechanic or lawyer if you need an independent opinion.
Read the public Safety reminders at /safety before you book, request, or pay. Those reminders do not replace these Terms.
If you like the unit after the viewing, you pay a down payment in person at the ODO office (Tandoc, beside Helium Fuels). That down payment is ODO’s class success fee. It is deducted from the selling price — you do not pay it on top of the price. It is refunded if HPG clearance is not produced. It is forfeited if you do not finish after papers are ready. It is kept as ODO’s success fee when the unit is sold. The optional test drive ₱500 stays non-refundable. Vehicle sellers do not pay a Deed of Sale or notary fee.
Class success fee, charged only when the unit is sold and deducted once from the agreed price. Through Dec 31, 2026, 23:59 Asia/Manila: Motorcycle ₱5,000 · Big bike (390cc and up) ₱8,000 · Sedan ₱10,000 · SUV/Pickup/Van ₱15,000 · Commercial or luxury ₱30,000. Regular fees from January 1, 2027: Motorcycle ₱5,000 · Big bike (390cc and up) ₱10,000 · Sedan ₱15,000 · SUV/Pickup/Van ₱20,000 · Commercial or luxury ₱30,000. The class fee on a deal locks at the date and time the down payment is created. A down payment created during the promo keeps that promo fee for the receipt, the seller payout, and seller damages, even if the sale closes after the promo ends. Vans (NV350, LiteAce, L300) are in the SUV/Pickup/Van class.
Luxury is a vehicle with an agreed asking or selling price above ₱2,000,000. Luxury and commercial share the ₱30,000 class.
Do not send the down payment or the unit balance online, by e-wallet to a personal account, or to anyone claiming to be ODO staff. Admin records the payment on your deal after it is received at the office.
You sign the closed notarized Deed of Sale in your name when you pay the down payment — that deed is the HPG Motor Vehicle Clearance requirement. The seller signs the same deed. The seller must provide HPG Motor Vehicle Clearance for transfer within 1 to 2 days of the down payment. If they cannot, the deal fails on the seller: your down payment is refunded, and the seller pays ODO damages equal to that class down payment (fake papers, go-direct, or walk-away). When that clearance and the other papers are on file, ODO calls you. You then pay the remaining balance of the agreed price in full in person at the same office within 3 to 5 days of that call. If you do not pursue that payment after those documents including HPG clearance are provided, your down payment is forfeited in favor of ODO. Upon that full payment, the seller is paid the same day (agreed price minus the class fee, once) and a receipt copy of the full agreed amount is issued.
No HPG clearance, no full payment. The down payment is refunded to the buyer. If the seller cannot provide HPG Motor Vehicle Clearance within 1 to 2 days of the down payment, there is no full-pay call, the down payment is refunded, and the seller pays ODO damages equal to that same class down payment (fake papers, go-direct, or walk-away — same money). The buyer loses that down payment only if they do not pursue full payment after HPG clearance and the other papers are on file. Viewing is free. Optional test-drive ₱500 and as-is handover are separate — this lock is the down payment only. No HPG clearance, no full payment. The down payment is refunded to the buyer. HPG Motor Vehicle Clearance requires a closed notarized Deed of Sale. The buyer signs that Deed of Sale when they pay the down payment. The seller signs the same deed (buyer name filled). The seller must provide HPG clearance within 1 to 2 days of that down payment. If the seller cannot provide it, ODO does not call for full payment, the down payment is refunded to the buyer, and the seller pays damages equal to that class down payment. When clearance and the other papers are on file, ODO calls the buyer for full payment. The buyer then pays the remaining selling price in full, in person at the Tandoc office, within 3 to 5 days of that call. If the buyer does not pursue that payment after those documents including HPG clearance are provided, the down payment is forfeited in favor of ODO. The unit is not released until full payment is recorded.
You then accept the unit and the complete papers as-is and take everything in order. Full payment is the retrieve: the unit leaves the lot, the parking slot ends, and ODO is released from accountability for the unit (ODO-V-10 + ODO-V-11, same exclusions as §5). No warranty after handover. Handover is complete when you have confirmed you received the vehicle and the papers. Docs are released after the seller is paid the same day (cash or deposit). ODO does not handle LTO assistance. After your purchase, we can refer you to someone who does. Transfer remains a government process; ODO does not promise a release date.
Do not send purchase money to a personal account because someone claiming to be the owner or “ODO staff” asked you to skip this flow. If a seller comes to your address after DoS, or asks you to pay outside Tandoc, do not pay. Call 0936 411 5239. That is sideline. ODO still refunds your facilitation DP. Report it at the office or support@ownerdirect.ph. Report that to support@ownerdirect.ph.
