A booked viewing is approved only if admission is done at least one calendar day before the viewing date.
Admission and retrieval are office operations. Seller is accountable for papers and valuables. ODO staff is accountable for the signed record. Helium Tandoc is the garage.
Original copies of the OR, CR, and valid ID must be presented and cross-checked before the unit is admitted for parking or viewing. Scans and OCR are a first pass only.
The slot is live only while the unit stays on the lot. Helium Tandoc is the garage. Secured 24/7 (CCTV + 24h Helium). ODO does not insure the unit.
If you retrieve the unit before the down payment, the slot ends immediately. Change of mind is enough only before the down payment.
After a down payment is on file, you cannot retrieve unless you pay the damages (the published class down payment) to ODO. Change of mind is not enough.
To park again you complete a new admission. Display slots are limited.
Encumbered, rebuilt, surplus, or CR-mismatch units cannot be admitted. As-is. No warranty.
I remove valuables before the unit stays. Secured 24/7 (CCTV + 24h Helium). I will not claim against ODO / HMC for items left inside, or for loss or damage on the lot. ODO does not insure the unit.
ODO does not own the unit, does not insure it, and does not warrant papers. Cross-check is a record, not a title or authenticity certificate.

I release and hold harmless ODO / Helium Marketing Corporation, its officers, staff, and the Tandoc desk from claims about: (1) vehicle condition, hidden defects, odometer, or fitness — units are as-is; (2) authenticity of OR/CR, ID, SPA, NAC, or DoS — that stays with the party who submitted them; (3) HPG or LTO results, delay, or refusal — those offices keep authority; (4) valuables left in a unit — ODO does not insure them; (5) loss or damage on the Helium Tandoc lot — ODO does not insure the unit. Secured 24/7 (CCTV + 24h Helium). That is site security, not cover; (6) accidents or damage during a hosted test drive caused by the driver, mechanic, or the unit — not by ODO staff acting in the course of ODO’s work; (7) dealing off-app or paying anyone except at this office. ODO is the facilitator, not the owner, not a commission broker, not escrow, not HPG, and not LTO. This release does not cover ODO’s own fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ODO’s negligence. Statutory rights under the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394) that cannot be waived remain. If any liability remains, it is capped at the fees I paid ODO in the 12 months before the claim — same as ownerdirect.online/terms §5.
